K2 Contact Form module (Get a Quote or Send Request form).
This module can help you to keep a feedback from your customers about which products or service they want.
It is based on K2 Filter & Search module filter types and can show all K2 fields and extrafields for select + some of the user specific fields defined in template file. This module will send you an email with a form data filled by the customer. It is possible to use multiple emails. The form also can be shown in the popup.
