How to remove icons and other buttons from your Items (Article) Page.
Before you migrate you content from Joomla to K2 you may need to do this, however if you already have done this then here is how you set what you see in you web pages.
The best way to do this is to create a category, and set the parameters up within this category by making changes to the items view options, I.E. you don’t want the ‘e-mail option’ but you do want the ‘published by’ option to show.
So I will create a category called Published and within this category I will select what options I want, published by, (AUTHOR) so I select show, I can make other selection and so on.
Now my category is ready and then I go on to create the next one and so on.
I then create my items and select what category I need them to be under. On viewing my WebPages I can then see that the correct details are shown.
