We're soon launching the "K2 Partners" program to fund K2 development, documentation & forum support. This program is for 1 golden partner plus 12 silver partners, that will pay a flat annual fee to openly support the project.
In return, K2 partners will enjoy the following benefits:
1. Company/product logo on the frontpage of getk2.org.
2. The partner's logo will link to a special "partner page", where the partner describes what they offer (integration services, extensions, templates etc.) and additionally showcase their K2 related services, e.g. through a site case study or product.
3. K2 Partner announcements will be featured blog posts on the main K2 blog, in the K2 site frontpage.
One more benefit of joining the program is that you openly show the K2 community your support towards the project. Not in theory, but in practice. All income of the program will fund development, documentation and forum support primarily and potentially event promotions (with all supporting partners mentioned in associated promotional material produced).
The bottom line is: you openly fund the project by contributing money which go directly to the people that actively develop the project and help out with K2 on a day to day basis.
The annual fee for joining the K2 partners program are:
- 4000 Euros for the golden partner
- 1200 Euros for each of the 12 silver partners.
